Hot yoga has come to our town, but I don’t think Nekkid Yoga would be accepted. There’s no way I would try it, I just know I’d fart at some point in the exercising.

I have been doing Yoga since college and i love the way that it can relax my body. yoga is great for stress relief. *
Yoga is great doesnt matter if you do Hot Yoga or Naked Yoga. It will always help. Thank you.
