   70 degrees outside, nice breeze, lots of sunshine. Me inside dealing with 16 inches of water in basement of my office building. Sump pump wore out and all the run off from neighboring parking lots is down there. Plumber is on his way. You make me SO jealous!

   @Boomerlife: the last five weekends have been high 90’s so this is a welcome break.

   Yeah, there’s a song there, but ironically it’s from the play Oklahoma! and it’s hard to think about beautiful mornings in Oklahoma during the summer when it’s already 80 at 6am.
