Billy Jo McCallister Moves to Mobile Changes Name to Luong

One day after an Alabama man reported that his four children had gone missing, police say he confessed yesterday afternoon to throwing his two boys and two girls off a bridge that spans Mobile Bay.Lam Luong, 37, will face four counts of capital murder, prosecutors say. “That’s as bad as it gets under Alabama law,” District Attorney John Tyson Jr. tells the  Press-Register.
