@Polly: yes, this has been making the tech rounds that Pandora isn’t welcome outside U.S. I thought they had reached an agreement with U.K. so hope Frances comes soon. I’m sorry too. It is very cool.

I was so psyched to hear about Pandora soof course i immediately logged on. This is my message (1st para. )

Dear Pandora Visitor,

“We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative. ”

Such a bummer! They sound so sincere, too.
I’ll have to wait until I’m back in the states for the tunes. To rock on, or whatever.
