Baby Boomer guy writing about stuff of interest primarily to boomers, or people who know one. No politics, few rants, attempted humor. Suitably old, mysteriously advanced.

@Fairly Odd Mother: I love your screen name. This should be fun. FYI: Violent Acres doesn't allow comments on her site, so as any good traffic whore would do, I offered up my site for commenting.

Hi GLS,

I am going to be interviewing you for Citizen of the Month's Great Interview Experiment. Just wanted to let you know that I'll be snooping around your site for a week or so and then will send you some questions.

Take care,

I always considered myself lucky when I worked a "regular" full-time job. I had cleaning people come in, and instead of trying to do housework (which I loathe anyway) with three kids clamoring for attention, I got to sit in a nice quiet office and work uninterrupted on research or writing.

I still consider myself lucky not to be a stay-at-home mom, or (God help me) a work-at-home mom. Because then people might expect me to do vile things such as housework.
