		<description>@Nichole: PayPal is owned by eBay. They need your credit card as a back up payment source so users don't set up a bank account with no funds. It's the only thing I don't like is that they add a couple extra steps if you want to use your credit card rather than tapping checking account. Almost all eBayers use PayPal.</description>
