		<description>I think my son Sam would make a good butcher. He enjoys dissection and is fascinated by the idea that a pork shoulder roast is actually made from a pig&#039;s shoulder.
Me? I don&#039;t think I could eat any part of an animal I had seen in whole form, dead or alive.
