Attention Google: Bill Gates is a Prick; But Sergey and Brin Are Closing In

I’m getting REAL tired of seeing this in my Google RSS reader on Firefox 3. REAL tired. And apparently while this red bar of death is present, the feeds aren’t marked as read as I scroll through them. As soon as the red bar of death goes away, the feeds show up again as unread. The Google RSS blog is as worthless as tits on a boar.

Hell Yeah. Rockin’ Out On the Ukulele!

Cowbag reminded me that I can play a mean MalagueƱa on the bass ukulele. Nancy (a different person than Cowbag BTW) had one in college and would play songs with chords and sing along. She rocked out on “Green Berets!” Har!
Have I ever told you she lived in French Hall at Western Michigan University?
Yeah, French Hall, in 1965-67. That’s worth a whole series of posts for later!

Back to ukulele playing styles, I was a plucker.
I love that a uke only has four strings and a thinner neck. I bet I know somebody who would mentor me.
Anyway Cowbag posted these dudes playing the Ace of Spades.
And now, it’s 1963…direct from the Paragon Ballroom in Beautiful Downtown Toledo… Stan Kenton… and MalagueƱa…

The Internet Balloon Race That Just Isn’t That Much Fun.

Did you notice that little thingy in the bottom right of your screen? Its supposed to be a balloon that I can race around the internet. It’s a cool idea:

  • if you are on a self-hosted blog
  • if you just want to randomly visit other websites

If you want to give me balloon juice, click on the floating gummi dildo you can click something else and I get to go further away.

Meh.

Personally, if I want to fly by a bunch of random websites/blogs, I’ll Stumble across them.
