We'd been talking about George just earlier yesterday when the kids were watching "Thomas the Tank Engine" from the BBC. Carlin was the narrator for a while. George Carlin was my first comedian; I remember my big brother bringing his albums home in the early '70s. A giant lefty politically, but I loved him anyway.
