Doggie Dental Details

Sedona got her teeth cleaned! She’s six and vet said it was time. They get discolored from eating soft food he said. We have never given her soft food, but she does use pill pockets to get her “bitch pills.”

I didn’t ask how much because she’s worth it.

After: all pearly white with fresh breath and we’re $250 lighter in the wallet.

Well Sedona should be happy she has such a caring and responsible owner! A lot of people don’t bother to have their dogs teeth cleaned but the fact is that “dirty” teeth can actually cause a lot of illness and even shorten your dogs life. The tarter build up harbors bacteria that can range throughout your dogs system causing all kinds of disease. So, the money was well spent as it will probably prevent future vet bills and may even help your dog live longer!
