Visited Tubac, Arizona recently.  Tubac is an artist’s colony south of Tuscon.  As I waited for my wife, I observed a vast majority were couples our age.  No Gen Xers for sure, maybe a daughter with Mom, but at a place where quality didn’t come cheap, it was boomers doing the buying.
