I really love Barbeque. Pork, Beef, Mutton, Wet, Dry, Sweet, Vinegar. Here are some places I personally visited and will recommend with any hesitation:
If you need a Barbeque road trip in West Tennessee, this is a perfect five day BBQ pig out. You will have to plan carefully because those backroad Q places are only open a couple days a week and when it’s gone it’s gone. You can work in four meals a day with good planning. Do not eat while in the car or I will hunt you down. Q has to be eaten at the joint.
Heading to Austin for the long weekend. My mouth is watering for some Rudy’s brisket already. Hopefully we’ll find a new place for my list.
