Nancy and I met at the theater to see 27 Dresses.

Since I got there before she did (she went to a jewelry party first) I got the tix and she got in line for popcorn and coke.

I left the lobby and was standing in the hall observing.

Two young (late teens – early 20’s) couples came in and the guys were obviously dropping their dates off at the “chick flick.”

As the guys left, one of the couples stood in the hallway and played kissy-face. She had the pouty “I’ll miss you so much” look. He would have layed her right there if given the right signal. His buddy summoned him before he went further. As he got about twenty feet away, she said “get me some M&M’s.”

I am not making this up to complete the weekend theme!

M&M’s at the theater box office! He had a cow. “Do you know how much those cost?” He came back, she grabbed him and looked deep into his eyes. I should have looked for the bulge, but didn’t. Pouty look. “Please?” He went to the lobby and came back. “They are $3.50!”

I had to bite my tongue from telling him that at Walgreens right down the way, he could get 14 oz. for $3.49.

“But if you really want them, I’ll get them.”

Point made, she had reaffirmed her control, the girls went inside and the guys went to play foosball or cruise or whatever guys do rather than watch Katherine Hiegl.

I think the guys missed a great chance for “I love weddings” sex!
