Recognize anybody? Seems that details are very sparse on who did this and if they did it on purpose. My opinion? Judging by the size of the crowd, this was some kind of redneck family gathering and after a few cases of PBR, the boys had some good fun after being bribed with a $65 prize donated by the 75 people watching.
