Legitimate question. With the performance of Congress the past four years, not only should her mental capabilities be questioned, but her physical capabilities should be questioned:

• On you on drugs?
• Do drink to excess?
• Is the blood flow to your brain impaired?
• Can you hear me?
• Do you have dementia?
