The glass-is-half-full side of the rain? The rivers are filled up to power the hydroelectric plants, so electric bills will be LOWER the next few months.
And stuff is green and plants grow like crazy.
Nancy planted some tomatoes in a bamboo container and we could mark their growth daily.
Almost every morning started with bright sunshine! Sometimes we went 2-3 days in a row without rain. And other days, it was gloomy in the morning and rainy all day.
And that’s pretty much the norm for this time of year. The biggest rainfall in a 24 hour period was 3 1/2 inches.
Only a couple more months of rains and then we starts days of daily sunshine sun up to sun down.
